Participation Format: In Person + Virtual

Are you ready to launch your agrifood-tech career? Expressions of Interest for the AgriRise Program are now open!

Eligibility: Young women (18-25) in Queensland with an interest in agrifood-tech. Current student, recent graduate or early-career professional are encouraged to apply.

Commitment: Flexible 12-month program (virtual & in-person events).

Program Structure & Timeline

Month 1-2: Program Kick Off

  • Program launch 

  • Initial orientation webinar

  • First regional networking event

Month 3-6: Foundational Workshops

  • Agrifood-tech landscape workshops

  • Translating education into agrifood-tech careers

  • Startup readiness & team integration

Month 6-9: Advanced Training & Mentorship

  • Confidence & Leadership training

  • Real-world startup simulations

  • Mentor matching

  • Ongoing mentorship sessions

Month 10-12: Regional Networking & Industry Events & Final Wrap-Up & Career Support

  • Second in-person networking event

  • Expanding industry connections

  • Career guidance and job placement support

  • Ongoing access to the community and events
