About
Abraham has an extensive history working at the intersection of law and technology, guiding startups, fintech companies, and various industry entities on matters like data privacy compliance and venture capital fundraising. He is currently studying at the University of Melbourne, focusing on Digital Law and Technology Innovation, allowing him to continue to develop his knowledge base in agtech where digital solutions are increasingly faced with sensitive data.
The Idea
Abraham and his team are dedicated to building the bridge between agtech solutions and on-field adoption by providing entrepreneurs with key resources, industry insights, and connections to successfully launch their products. Their platform would facilitate partnerships between startups and established agribusinesses, conduct pilot programs with farmers, and connect startups to a network of investors passionate about the future of agriculture technology.
Through Hatch, Abraham and Bill pivoted to focusing on commercialising agtech ideas out of tertiary institutions.

Participating in the HatchTek program has been a transformative journey, enriching both our business idea and our professional development. The program excelled in providing expertise and support, which has been helpful in refining and advancing our idea.
What's Next?
Abraham and Bill are progressing with Demeter, looking into web hosting and an open source operating system to develop a platform like farmhack.org.
They are also reaching out to several faculties (initially at University of Melbourne) to discuss their students' capstone projects and see if they would align based on their research and goals for agtech.
